Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The wrong item was delivered

Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Return Request

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the bank

Non-Returnable Items

Customized, special-order, or clearance items are non-returnable.
